Returns and refunds

Contact 8Garden within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return. For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

To request a return, email alvin@8garden.com or WhatsApp +60 12-363 2525 with your order number and reason. Please contact us before sending items back so we can provide return instructions.

Wrong, damaged or faulty items

Please contact us with photos of the item and packaging. 8Garden covers return shipping for wrong or damaged items and will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Change-of-mind returns

The customer pays return shipping. Please pack returned items securely.

Refunds

We will notify you after inspecting the return. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method; bank-transfer refunds are arranged with the purchaser. Processing time depends on the payment provider.
